Parcels destroyed during shipping time

This situation is very rare! In addition, all products are very carefully packaged and well protected throughout the transport period. Since 2004 and until now I have only had two cases! So don’t worry.

When you receive the package, check that if the packaging is not damaged. If the packaging shows signs of damage do not pick up the package and please contact us as soon as possible and provide us with evidence: pictures, video.

Together with the courier company employee, please fill in the special form for packages damaged during transport. And do not pickup package!

After you send us the pictures and video evidences, another package will be sent to you with new products ordered. Us we will later recover the value of the products from the insurance company.

Return and Refund Policies​

If you ordered a product from examdevices.com and after received and tested, it doesn’t seem to help you for what you need, you can send it back to be replaced with another product. The first thing you need to do is contact us and let us know. 

The products you are going to return must be in exactly the same condition as you initially received them. It must not show signs of use, it must not be altered and it must contain all the packaging and accessories that you have received from us.

All the necessary details for the return will be established together. When you want to exchange one product for another, you need to know that you will have to pay for the shipping.

Refund Policies​

Usually this type of product is used only a few times in a very short time. For example: you have an exam or a few exams next week, you order the product now, next week you do your job with it and then you don’t need it anymore. After you do your job with the product, you send it back to us and you want your money back.

To avoid abusing the return policy, products cannot be returned for refounding! Of course you have warranty for product. You can send it back to be replaced with a new one if the product fails during the warranty period. Or if you want to replace with another oane. But is not accepted refound!
