• If buyer do not give us proof of payment at the time of making it, your parcel will be prepared only after your payment reaches our company’s account. Thus, the shipment may be delayed by one more working day, as long as it takes to test, pack and ship the package.
• Delivery of the order to the address indicated by the Buyer.

The legal relations created are considered concluded once the Buyer is notified of the shipment of the Goods by e-mail or by telephone

By sending the Order, the Buyer expresses his consent for the Seller to draw up the invoice according to the data it has on the date of the order launch and to send it in printed or electronic format, to the delivery address or to the e-mail address mentioned in the Personal Account or when placing the order.

Validation of the order by the Seller is done only if:

Delivery – The ordered products are delivered by the courier company DHL Express. The products will be properly packed, sealed, as well as insured for the entire duration of the transport, until the moment of receipt of the package by the Buyer.

Ownership of the Products will be transferred upon receipt. Reception is considered to have been made at the moment of signing the receipt of the transport document provided by the courier.

The delivery time cannot be guaranteed, it mostly depends on the destination location of the package and can vary between 2 and 5 days. For countries where customs formalities are required, the delivery time may increase. You will be contacted by email or phone by a DHL representative who will take care of your parcel in the country of destination of the parcel. If this did not happen even though the package physically arrived in the territory of the buyer’s country, we recommend contacting the nearest DHL headquarters and based on the tracking number, the buyer will have to ask for details.
